These beautiful earrings are handcrafted from compact discs and look like pieces of Murano Glass. Every CD 'gem' is two layers of CD - the label is stripped from the clear part of the CD, coloured and fired. Some of the silver label is left behind giving a unique silver pattern through each piece. The processed CDs are made into very wearable pieces that are lightweight and very versatile.
The sterling silver is 100% recycled silver and the packaging is all recycled and reusable materials so you can make a sustainable purchase with confidence.
These are a medium size earring with the round CD gem measuring 16mm and the rectangle gem is 3 x 1cm; an everyday earring of eco elegance.
